damn. i think dan can still win. imo, a lot of premerge is reputation building anyways. if he kills it at the merge and brings this seasons kim spradlin to the end with him, then he can easily win.
also to touch back on the previous thread about throwing challenges, i feel like a quality survivor player should be able to integrate themselves with opposing players socially and not need to throw challenges to win. swaps are iffy, sure, but you should then work the new people you meet. you can never be sure if your throwing the challenge against an outcast, or if your legitimately throwing the challenge to off a threat. it's possible i just have a bad opinion on throwing from twisted 3, when shane threw the challenge to off ethan, but he got voted off instead.
i just think you should never have the confidence to throw. if you orchestrate a throwing, you put your fate in the game into the hands of your "allies", and you should strive to be the swing vote instead.

also zoe is so fake during the announcement of the outcast twist. she actively voted out half of the prejury, right? she can't possibly be all that excited about it.

Eh, also because of twisted 3 I am iffy about challenge throwing but not because of Shane getting eliminated and eventually kaluli falling (because that wasn't why as Shane eloquently outlined in his jury question), but because the Host and VL reaction to it as so incredibly negative. Half the point of playing ORGs imo is to entertain the people watching so it's too bad when that isn't always the case. I do certainly think there are times where throwing a challenge could be good solely from a game perspective. Again to bring up Twisted 3 they were able to get lots of numbers and threats out like Joe, Ian, etc. Kaluli imploded for other reasons (*cough* John self vote and Erik throwing away hs vote *cough*)

I know we do episode quotes, but could this maybe be the season quote? Well, well, well - this is when friends become enemies... Or frenemies, we wont ever really know. Anyways, I'm in this, and I'm planning on winning.
